Smokers’ Helping page is a resource for anyone in Canada to find their local quitline , register for a quit coach or find additional information/support for quitting smoking.

In addition to listing all provincial/territorial phone numbers/websites/text support, quitlines that are run by CCS have a self-referral form, where people can request a call from SHL/TT/J’arette.  This form is only available for people in Manitoba, BC, Saskatchewan, PEI and Ontario.
