The Take Action on Radon team is led by the Canadian Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (CARST) and the Canadian Cancer Society with support from Health Canada. Together, the Take Action on Radon team works with organizations, radon professionals, health authorities, municipal and provincial governments, and stakeholders to increase public awareness, testing, and reduction of radon exposure.
The Take Action team leads a national campaign each November for Radon Action Month and supports provincial and regional stakeholders in their independent initiatives. We are here to help promote your initiatives, provide resources, and coordinate awareness across the country to further the impact of our collective efforts. We want to be your one-stop navigation to find out everything happening with radon in the country.
